Exchange and refund Policy
- We only accept faulty products for refunds. Exchangeable or replacement is subjected to the availability of the such item purchased, in such an event that the item purchased is out-of-stock or obsoleted, we shall refund you or you may choose other items of similar value.
- Returns must be made within 7 days from purchase/delivery.
- All exchanges/returns must be brand new and accompanied with all of the original packaging, paperwork and receipt. Bicycles must be in showroom condition/not used.
- For some products it will take 2-4 working days for inspection and approval.
- Product image as seen on our Site may slightly differ from the actual product that you receive. Please read specs on web site.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- You can send the bicycle to our showroom for returns. Alternatively we can arrange for collection of the bike at your address, with additional cost of S$35.00 (one way) or S$60.00 (two ways).
- Discounted items are strictly not exchangeable/refundable.
