Exchange and refund Policy

  1. We only accept faulty products for refunds. Exchangeable or replacement is subjected to the availability of the such item purchased, in such an event that the item purchased is out-of-stock or obsoleted, we shall refund you or you may choose other items of similar value.
  2. Returns must be made within 7 days from purchase/delivery.
  3. All exchanges/returns must be brand new and accompanied with all of the original packaging, paperwork and receipt. Bicycles must be in showroom condition/not used.
  4. For some products it will take 2-4 working days for inspection and approval.
  5. Product image as seen on our Site may slightly differ from the actual product that you receive. Please read specs on web site.
  6. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  7. You can send the bicycle to our showroom for returns. Alternatively we can arrange for collection of the bike at your address, with additional cost of S$35.00 (one way) or S$60.00 (two ways).
  8.  Discounted items are strictly not exchangeable/refundable.
